We accept all major cards via PayPal or direct bank transfers to our company account.
We strive to meet our goal of reaching photo approval stage 10-12 weeks from the date of order acceptance. An order is accepted when the customer has confirmed their complete model and stand requirements. Occasionally due to manufacturing processes or sheer volume of orders, such as on the run up to Christmas, this timeline may be exceeded. Production time is longer for large models, clear canopy models or models with complex artwork and an estimate of this time will be sent along with your quotation.
Our Models are created in the Philippines. Shipping costs from our production facility are to the account of the purchaser. Shipping is with one of three International Couriers, with whom we are in constant negotiations to achieve the most competitive prices for our customers. Any import duties, taxes or surcharges are also the responsibility of the purchaser as we are unable to control or absorb these fees which may be billed to you.
We supply custom made models to your specifications. We will not ship your model until we receive your approval after you have received multiple images after all detailing has taken place. Therefore custom orders are non-returnable other than for damage in transit. All models are fully insured for this type of damage. Each model is custom packed and boxed for maximum protection so shipping damage is rare but does occasionally occur. In the event of damage in transit we will work with the carrier to process the claim. Any shipping claim must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will then notify you of the procedures to follow.
